Visiting National Palace of Sintra

On 14th January we are going to visit the National Palace of Sintra

National Palace of Sintra is an old palace where many of the Portuguese king have spent their time. It has been constructed in many steps along the centuries. It was here where the first tiles have been brought to Portugal in the beginning of the XVI century.
We are going to visit National Palace of Sintra with a guided from the palace, only for us. She/he will tell us all about the history hidden behind the monument. The tour will be in english.
We will go to Sintra from Rossio by train on 14th January at 13:45.
The tour will start at 15:30. We will have some time to walk around Sintra before and after visiting the palace. You can meet us directly at the palace if it will be more convenient for you.
We will meet right inside the main entrance of Rossio Train station [metro Rossio or Restauradores] , next to an exchange house.

I will be wearing a dark blue cap.
Make sure that you bring you Zapping card charged, otherwise please arrive some minutes ahead.

Dinner at Pano de Boca

This time we are going for dinner at the restaurant “Pano de Boca”.
I have never been there but a friend recommend it.
Looking at the menus,
http://www.panodeboca.pt/site/index.php/refeicoes/almoco-jantar/pratos-de-peixe/
[in Portuguese only], I am expecting to pay about 15 € for the meal.

We will meet at 18:45 in front the exit of metro São Sebastião [red line],
in Av. António Augusto de Aguiar N142, in front of the “União Musical” – this is written there in big letters [this is the meeting point, not the address of the restaurant].
I will be wearing a dark blue cap to make it easier for you to find me.

Bom apetite!
